I'm Sorry, but You're Welcome....

I know, you have an addiction to Pintrest, but you won't admit it! You waste hours upon hours on there looking up all kinds of ideas. Well, did I find a website and now I have the app (hangs my head in shame) that is Pintrest on CRACK! Legit crack!

Enter Wanelo It stands for Want. Need. Love.

Its like Pintrest where you make boards, however, instead of having to hunt the items down like on Pintrest, Wanelo, gives you the website right there! I would say that is the major difference. A huge bonus too, because I always find super cute clothing options on Pintrest that cannot be tracked down.

So like I said, I'm sorry, but you're welcome....Enjoy!

Currently Obsessed!

As you know by now, I love all things girlie....the more bows and pink and makeup the better!

Now that it is winter, and my makeup routine has changed a bit, I wanted to update and share a few of my current obsessions!

Beauty Blender
This tiny sponge, makes my makeup finish smooth while getting in all the tiny crevices of my face. The application is super fast, and I like to damped the sponge a bit, so when I apply my face is slightly dewy.

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream
My skin is super sensitive that just about every new face product I try makes me itchy, red and get hives. I needed a new cream since my skin has been extremely dry this winter. I was going to get a serum from MAC, since there face makeup works with my skin, but the green gel cleanser they have, I am SUPER allergic to, so I was nervous. I stopped by the Kiehl's counter, and tried this cream on my hand, and I love how smooth it felt, and not greasy! I hate how cream or lotion takes forever to sink in and then you feel sticky and dewy for hours! Since my hands are just as sensitive as my face, and my hands were fine after the application, I purchased it! I have been using it once a day for a week and couldn't be happier! However, I think this is the start of my Kiehl's addiction...

Urban Decay Naked Palette
You guys know, I'm def not a natural eye makeup kind of girl. I easily have over 40 individual MAC shadows, and I find myself using my Naked Palette more and more. Even though the colors seem subtle, you can build them and create a smokier nighttime look.

MAC Eyebrow Pencil
I love these brow pencils! They are twist up, don't twist too far as they don't twist back down. Most mornings now with school I have little time to do my makeup :( However, I will always fill in my brows with this pencil. I have it in the color Brunette. Filling in your brows just frames your face and makes you look that much more put together.

Candy Crush
My father started playing this game and now we are all addicted! Its sick! Warning: Don't download the app, you will find yourself playing all the time! Its a game where you have to get three or more to get the candy's to move and clear the board. It reminds me of the movie Wreck It Ralph

Golden Globes Fashion Recap

Tonight kicked off Award's Season in Hollywood, and the stars definitely did not disappoint! So many trends were seen on the red carpet this year. Below are some of my favorite looks.

I adore these dresses! The beading and the tulle, with the peek-a-boo's of skin. Sheer overlays with embellishment like Kerry and Mayim are a hot trend!

My hands down FAVORITE this year was Julianne Hough! Even though her hair hand a punk edge, I think it worked. I love the shape of the dress and the cascading jewels!!

Gray was a big trend this year. I love the embellishment on these looks. I just wish Thandie would have worn a longer dress, but I enjoyed the pink shoes.

Pastel colors are always hot for spring!

These ladies nailed the color, so on trend right now, but Lena's so beyond uncomfortable, you can see it in her posture.

Nude and light colors were seen all over the Red Carpet this year. I love the mermaid styles with tulle.

My worst dress Nominee's
You either show off your boobs OR your legs, not both!

Who were some of your favorites and some of your fails?

Oh Archie!

I recently got invited to the MAC Archie launch, too bad its not for a few more weeks! :( I love this collection, the packaging and the colors are so fun!!! It reminds me of the Hello Kitty collection with the characters on the actual product. I believe the release date is February 13. Are you a Betty or Veronica?

I love how these powders have hearts on them! so cute!

Makeup Miracle!

Recently, I purchased the Beauty Blender, its online only pretty much. I only wear foundation on my nights out, because I normally will get a red face, add alcohol to that mix and its a red mess! I was using Mac's 187 brush to apply my foundation, but the last few times I wasn't liking how it sat on top of my face and made my not so noticeable pores scream HERE I AM!! I read up on the Beauty Blender and that is it like an airbrushed finish, who doesn't love that! I applied foundation to the back of my hand like I normally do, and then I ran the Beauty Blender under water, and squeezed out as much water as I could. It was still damp. Then I applied the foundation by dabbing it on. I think the mixture of the dampness in the sponge and the makeup itself, did in fact go on smoother. It did feel a bit funny at first, almost like my face was dewy, but that was because the sponge was damp, and it dried fast. I got tons more compliments on the night I used my Beauty Blender as compared to nights when I used my 187. I came home with more phone numbers too! ;)

I didn't purchase the cleaner, because I plan on using baby shampoo to clean it.
